Marguerite Bay along the Fallieres Coast located at 68 30 S, 68 30W on the west side of the Antarctic Peninsula, South of the Antarctic Circle. This area is well known for large tabular ice bergs that have drifted up form the Ross ice-shelf. It is very uncommon for expeditions to reach this area as it is only accessible for a short time in the Austral summer and extremely difficult to navigate.
