Welcome to my web site. Photographers possess a special kind of vision and a unique way of seeing the world. Yet, we must combine this gift with a degree of business acumen if we are to succeed in sustaining our vision. I hope you enjoy my work and perhaps find it inspirational. The site is designed to be a showcase for my images and a resource for photography from both a business and creative standpoint.

Market research shows that the majority of you are art buyers, art directors, designers and photo editors. The portfolio and stock research section are the reason you are here. The rest of you are photographers, amateur and professionals, educators, students, and even a few web surfers.

I am not going to send you spam and I am not going to provide the information to others. SO why do I ask you to register?

Photography is my profession. My income is derived by producing images and licensing use rights.

Copyright is the very essence of a photographer's existence. I am a freelance photographer and as a freelancer, I exist only by the value of the intellectual property I produce. I must control and license that property. My ability to produce is dependent on my ability to license my work. 

 Photography and my intellectual property is the key to survival and I must take steps to ensure that my images never fall into the public domain. No image from the site may be used beyond viewing in your browser. My goal for having a web site is indeed to show my work, but I must seek to protect my images for my own sake and the sake of my clients. Clients pay a great deal of money for exclusivity and licensing. 

Have you ever purchased software, leased a car, purchased anything online, or acquired a credit card? All of these require entering into a legal agreement with the disclosure of personal and contractual information. Leasing the right to use images is exactly the same. For these reasons I must ask you to agree with my copyright contract and to register for entrance into the site.
